Shipping policy

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in its original packaging within 10 business working days from receipt of shipment.
  • We do not refund or exchange on customised orders unless the item/s are faulty or damaged. Sunday Sunies will take on the delivery costs for exchanges of items if they are faulty or damaged.
  • Gift cards are not returnable. Orders returned will be for the clients account and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please submit your order for return or exchange by following the following link: 
    click here. Here you will need to enter your order number & email address. Once you have logged in your will need to select the items in your account eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once return or exchange has been received we will be in contact with you to process your return for approval.

RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS

  • Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
  • Lenses or frames breaking from mishandling are not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces).
  • Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information.
  • Items will not be replaced if discolouring or fading of the plating occurs as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time.

REFUND

  • You may choose between a product exchange or gift voucher.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Credit may be offered at the sale price of the item.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMISED ORDERS

  • As our items are handmade to your specifications, cancellation of customised orders will not be refunded.
