RETURNS
- To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original packaging.
- Be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.
- Sunday Sunnies will cover delivery costs for exchanges of faulty or damaged items only.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Returned orders will incur shipping costs at the customer’s expense; original shipping fees are not refundable.
- To initiate a return or exchange:

- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select eligible items for return or exchange in your account.
- After receiving your return, we will contact you to process your return for approval.
- Courier costs for non-damaged/non-faulty returns are the customer's responsibility and at their own risk.
RETURNS OF FAULTY ITEMS
- Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
- Lenses or frames breaking from mishandling are not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces).
- Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information.
- Items will not be replaced if discolouring or fading of the plating occurs as this is due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturizers and heat from the body over a certain period of time.
REFUND
- Choose between:
- Product exchange.
- Gift voucher.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Credit may be offered at the sale price of the item.
